ORDER PROCESSING TIMES & DELAYS
DAINTY COSMETICS shipping cut off time is 12PM (PST), Monday - Friday.
Orders placed after cut off will ship the following business day.
If there is any order discrepancy we will contact you and will not ship the order until the order is confirmed by the purchaser.
Please note that we do not process shipments on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
Damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
DAINTY COSMETICS is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, refused/undelivered orders, etc...) will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you are unsatisfied with your order and would like to return or exchange your items please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating that you would like to return or exchange your items. Please include name/phone number and order ID. We will not accept any packages without email notification.
Items may be exchange or returned if the item is brand new / unused that are in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for paying the difference in price including shipping charges to return items for exchange or return.
Please include your order ID, phone number and shipping address if different from the original order.
Upon receipt of returned items, DAINTY COSMETICS will contact you to confirm your exchange needs and arrange collection of your billing information to ship the exchanged products to you.
Used items cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances and if used items are received for exchange, DAINTY COSMETICS will not process the requested exchange or return and the customer will need to pay for new shipping if s/he wishes to get the used items back.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your account to be credited.
Discount codes cannot be combined and FREE Standard Shipping is offered on orders when free shipping promotion is valid
USPS SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
USPS is an "uninsured" shipping service. Regardless what the USPS website promotes, they have not, and will not process any claims, regardless what the reason is for either lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages.
Selecting a USPS shipping service, means accepting the terms that "you" agree to ship an uninsured package.
USPS does not guarantee shipping times or delivery dates.
Any delivery times and/or delivery dates provided for any USPS service are "estimated" but not guaranteed.
USPS shipping can sometimes take up two weeks, or more, regardless of destination or shipping service provided.
